Hailey is getting busier & busier; always wanting a change of scenery. These pictures sum up our week. a little bumbo sitting, some mat playing, lots of swinging and of course smilling! She has started cooing but I can't seem to ever get the video camera out in time to catch it.

1 year annivesary

Today is our 1 year anniversary! Funny to think we have a 2 month old already. My parents came up to watch Hailey for us on Saturday so we could go out to dinner. We also went to re-visit the place where it all started.

2 months old!!

Yep, Hailey is two months!! We can hardly believe how fast time has gone by. Days like today remind me that I really need to savor each moment with her. Joe on the other hand is so anxious for her to turn 1 already! He just can't wait to take her for a ride in his jeep.

How cute it this? Great Aunt Gini sent this adorable bonnet. Makes me want to watch Little House on the Prairie.

Hailey LOVES her swing. At first she was a little unsure but then we did a little experiment and turned it up full boar... now she can't get enough!

Trying out her bumbo for the first time... She was smiling and seemed to like it but then I realized we're not quite there yet when she started slowly sliding to the side.

Happy 4th... & 5th

We had another great 4th on the beach at The Hinton's. Even though Hailey was dressed patriotic it was just another day in her little life. Maybe next year we'll let her stay up past her bedtime to watch the fireworks... if she even lasts that long. Hailey was passed through a lot of loving arms this weekend, between the 4th and her great Grandma's birthday party.

Poopies McGuinty

When it comes to nicknames for Hailey, Joe likes to put McGuinty after everything. And he does a little song and dance with her... It goes a little something like "poopieeees mcguinty, poopieeees mcguinty, poopiees mcguinty yooouuu. It all started with poopies, now we just never know what he'll come up with. I don't quite get it, but it is pretty catchy... I find myself singing to her when it's just the two of us.
