sweet smells=sweet dreams...I made cupcakes while Hailey was napping. She must have smelt my baking because the first thing she said when I picked her up was "where's cookies"?

Grandma & Poppy were in the area for a friend's memorial service so they payed a quick surprise visit. They were brave enough to stay for dinner and try my first ever corned beef & cabbage.

no complaints

To take advantage of the nice weather on Saturday we thought we'd venture out in the 'beeps" (aka Jeep), up to Wallace Falls for a hike- not having high expectations since it was during Hailey's naptime. I found a carrier at a consignment shop thinking Hailey would love it, but she hated it. Even though we didn't make it to the falls we had a nice little walk and a lovely picnic. We plan on attempting a hike to the falls again... in the carrier... after nap.
