6 weeks to go

We had our childbirth class this weekend. We learned about the different stages of labor and talked about what Joe's role will be, as well as when we should go to the hospital. We took a tour of the childbirth center and saw where Hailey is going to be born. They also taught us how to swaddle and bathe her once we bring her home. They crammed what is normally a 7 week course into a day and a half which was a little overwhelming. Now we'll just have to wait and see if we remember everything. Our instructor suggested at this point that we should have the car seat in our car and ready to go! We are more anxious than ever.

8 months... and counting! :)

Hailey has been very active this past month and has been getting hicups regulary. She just started kicking me in the ribs... I'm pretty sure she's running out of room in there. If all goes as planned we only have 8 weeks left! Keep your fingers crossed...
